Matthew (Matt) Reilly – Managing Partner & President

Extensive experience in international chartering and shipping operations.  He began his career working up to a Mate’s position on large ocean-going barges ranging from 16,000 to 35,000 deadweight. Experience includes chartering and operations manager for a fleet of American flag bulk carriers with a combined deadweight of over 100,000 tons. Received Navy accommodation for excellent operations in successfully loading and discharging several military cargo shipments during Operation Desert Storm.  Carried out innovative lightering techniques in open seas in Africa and the Caribbean, including the delivery of emergency food aid programs (USDA, USAID, and World Food Programs).  Matt established Celtic Shipping in 1996.

William (Bill) Reilly – Managing Partner & COO/CFO

MBA in Corporate Finance from Pace University and BS Accounting from St. John’s University.  Bill joined Celtic Shipping in 2005 bringing with him diversified experience in operations and finance from various industries, including transportation and logistics, manufacturing, food processing, and international shipping and logistics.
